On management principles

This management principles represents my management philosophy, way of living, and value as a president, based on "the spirit of initiation". If the spirit of initiation is a wish or a hope in the birth of a business, "the management principles" sets Jit Companies' mission, goal, and direction. We are building business based on this principles.

The changes of the world has been speeding more and more entering the 21st century. It may be also important to steer the business in line with the terms in severe changes. However, if the base of management wobbles during each recurring change, we will end up with missing the direction and drift about in the flowing information.

We establish this "management principles" as an axis or value that won't wobble during severe change. Jit Companies wants our "management principles" to run true to form and charts strategies and tactics in the direction towards management principles.

  4. We think that every problem is the one for ourselves and venture into our dream without letting us get ourselves down.
