Jit Companies is founded on providing high quality service to customers as a repeated in-demand industrial company, by which we win customers' trust.
It is indispensable for Jit Companies to protect information asset from the threat of intension, coincidence, accident or disaster, to implement appropriate security measures, and to achieve appropriate information safety standard, in order to keep customers' trust and provide better services in accelerated information society.
We now establish "Information security basic policy", by which we guide our appropriate protective measures of information asset that we possess.
- We comply regulatory relevant to information security and customers' requirements. "Private Information Protection Law" is taken as relevant regulatory for instance.
- We carry on risk assessment and measures putting the emphasis on confidentiality in order to prevent information leaks.
- We properly evaluate threats and vulnerabilities that can put information asset at risk, identify and defend risk of information asset.
- We provide all the employees necessary education and training and strive for enlightenment, in order to raising awareness and knowledge to information security and to strive for familiarity.
- Employees who find security trouble report to the person in charge promptly and take care of it.
- We impose penalties on employees who did not comply with information security.
- We set up an organization in which the person in charge is chosen, continue making improvements, and maintain management structure of information security.
