| On this "spirit of initiation" is reflected my passion and hope for business as a founder who has been struggling down to this day, special feelings for our customers, and care for those that has worked together. We are the company that "is required for the world". We must take more than the attractiveness of products itself to get a competitive success. Customers can be attracted only if we provide high quality service and each of employee's comprehensive attractiveness which is imponderable by academic ability or skills. Jit Companies' corporate culture and organizational climate's fundamental things is distilled to this "spirit of initiation".
