Wipe it off with a soft tissue or cotton swab. The adhesion of dust to the contact zone between printer head nozzles and ink cartridge may cause the ink to be blocked although you changed to a new cartridge.
Check if the dust adheres to the ink cartridge's outlet and printer head nozzles.
*Wiping with stiff things or prongs may break urethane in the outlet or the suction part in the printer head nozzles.
*Handle with enough care because printer head nozzles are weak to shock.
Has your printer been not in use for a long time?
You may have clogged jets in your cartridge if your printer has been not in use for a long time.
Check it after running a head cleaning cycle.
If this procedure does not work, turn off your printer and run one more head cleaning cycle after leaving more than 24 hours.
Leaving for some time may melt clogged ink and enable you to make a good print.
Don't you have clogged print head nozzle?
You may not make a good print by the print head nozzle's trouble.
There could be the print head nozzle's trouble if head cleaning mechanism does not work.
Damages and drying decrease the print head life, which may not make a good print.
In this case, you will need to change a new print head. Change printer head if it is supposed to be changeable on your own.
There could be the trouble of print head nozzle before change if you make a good print after changing it.
If not making a good print after changing, your printer will need a repair.
